An Anniversary to Remember
Berkeley Chauffeurs provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the very start they were very warm and cordial patiently answering all my queries and addressing all my concerns. I had planned to give a tour of London to my parents for completing twenty five years of marriage. They not only helped me out in opting for the services I could afford but also made wonderful suggestions regarding the tour map and the route that would be most enjoyable for sightseeing on a memorable evening.
The chauffeur who arrived before time to get acquainted with my parents greeted them warmly and congratulated them on twenty five years of their marriage. When I saw my parents leave in beautiful looking Mercedes, I was feeling as if I had given a gift they would cherish for the rest of their lives. Later they gave me an account of their exciting tour and kept praising the chauffeur for his cordial gestures.
One particular incident impressed me as well even though I wasn’t physically present there when it happened. When my parents were driving across Tower Bridges my parents were told that they had been provided with a complimentary champagne bottle by Berkeley Chauffeurs to mark their wedding anniversary. I appreciated the gesture even though I expected that the company would charge me for it but to my astonishment they didn’t. Berkeley Chauffeurs truly exceeded all my expectations in every respect.

The Chauffeur Makes All the Difference
My parents had recently visited my home in London and on the day they were supposed to leave I hired a car with a chauffeur from Berkeley Chauffeurs to drop them to the airport. Having had many forgettable experiences with hired chauffeurs, my husband and I decided to accompany my parents to the airport. The chauffeur arrived in a Mercedes S Class which was quite unexpected. I hadn’t expected a luxury car for a trip to the airport but was happy as I knew that it at least ensured a comfortable ride to the airport.
We received more than we had bargained for when the chauffeur seemed to be very cordial especially with my parents. He not only helped my husband with the luggage but also helped my aging parents all the way down the steps and into the car. After that, he even politely asked them if they were comfortable within the car and if they would prefer cushions as a backrest.
He took upon the responsibility of taking the fastest route to the airport even though we were not really running late. His reason for doing so was to provide my parents with extra time for the check-in as the security arrangements were quite elaborate at the time. After he dropped my parents to the airport he made a very cordial conversation on the way back. This was one of the few times when even a generous tip fell short of the quality of service provided by the delightful chauffeur.
I will definitely use their services again it was a pleasure.
